Fretzels Shipping:
PLEASE NOTE: Fretzels ship from NY.
It takes approximately 3-5 business days for orders to be processed
and shipped out.
If you need your Fretzels delivered by a specific date, please email customerservice@fretzels.com and we will do our best to accomodate you.
In order to ensure the quality of your Fretzels upon arrival, we do not ship over the weekend.
*Please note that we cannot deliver any package to PO Box/APO addresses.
When shipping to a company or office building or to an apartment building, you MUST include a suite number, floor number or apartment number. Fretzels by Jill will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information as provided by the customer.
Please note: A $10 Return fee will be charged to your credit card for any shipments that are returned to Fretzels by Jill, Inc. due to incorrect/insufficient addresses or receiver refusal.
Shipping Costs for Individual Fretzel orders:
The actual shipping cost will be calculated by UPS at the time of checkout based upon the total weight of your order and shipping location. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you enter your credit card information.
SUMMER SHIPPING:
You may love being out in the hot summer weather, but Fretzels do not. Our chocolate is very tempermental and does not like when the temperature starts to go above 65 degrees. During the summer months (April 15 - September 30), extra precautions must be taken to ensure the quality of your Fretzels upon arrival.
Reusable cold packs ($6) are automatically added to each order. Please keep in mind that these are only supposed to work for approximately 24 hours, which is why Fretzels by Jill, Inc. can only guarantee that the chocolate will not melt on orders shipped via UPS NEXT DAY AIR / SAVER** or Ground within a one-day radius of NY: (NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, DE, MD, and Eastern PA ).
Believe us when we say that during the summer we absolutely can not ship any other way than NEXT DAY AIR to FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX, NM, AZ, NV, and CA.
**Please note that this does not mean your order will arrive the next day after it is placed. Next Day Air refers to the method of shipping/time in transit. Normal order processing time will apply.
Holiday Ordering:
During the busy holiday season, due to high demand, most orders may take up to 7 days after the order is placed to be processed and shipped. We are not responsible for weather conditions or other unforeseeable events or acts of nature that would prevent the prompt delivery of your Fretzels.
All orders placed after December 16th, must be shipped via Next Day Air in order to ensure arrival before December 25th. **Please note that this does not mean your order will arrive the next day after it is placed. Next Day Air refers to the method of shipping/time in transit. Normal order processing time will apply.
While every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we reserve the right to make corrections if errors occur. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time we reserve the right to substitute packaging and product of equal or greater value.
FALL & WINTER SHIPPING:
Fretzels may be shipped UPS Ground to the following states: NY, NJ, CT, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, WV, OH, IN. Time in transit is approximately 1-2 days.
To all other states, we STRONGLY recommended you ship UPS 2nd Day Air. If you choose not to ship via the recommended method, Fretzels cannot guarantee the quality of your shipment upon arrival.

If you must cancel your order, please email customerservice@fretzels.com
within 24 hours after placing your order with "ORDER
CANCELLATION" in the subject line. Be sure to include your order invoice number in the email. A 5% cancellation fee may
apply. Please note: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
